RoleForge only collects what it needs to run reaction roles and auto roles in your Discord server — nothing more. This page explains exactly what that is.

01What we collect

Server (guild) ID	Know which server a role setup belongs to
Channel & message IDs	Find the message a reaction role is attached to
Role IDs	Know which role to assign or remove
Discord user ID	Assign the correct role when someone reacts

We don't read, log, or store the content of your messages, and we don't collect emails, IP addresses, or any personal information beyond what's listed above.

02How it's used

This data exists purely to make reaction roles and auto roles work — matching a reaction to the right role, and a new member to the right auto role. It isn't used for analytics, advertising, or profiling.

03Storage & retention

Configuration data is kept for as long as RoleForge is active in your server. If RoleForge is removed from a server, its stored data for that server is deleted.

Because RoleForge is a small, independently run bot, standard security practices apply, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

04Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. Discord itself, as the platform RoleForge runs on, has its own access to server data under the Discord Privacy Policy.

05Your choices

Server owners can remove RoleForge at any time to delete that server's stored data. Individual members can leave a server or remove their own reactions to undo a role assignment.

06Age requirement

RoleForge operates on Discord, which requires users to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

07Changes

If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.

08Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
